Chapter Eleven: Torture Wind blew through the open roof as Sjin stared up at the night sky in the courtroom. His eyes were lit with amazement at the sparkling stars but his mind raced through thoughts. His mind replayed the sight of the scientist's crazed eyes and the sound of DJ's howl as embers glittered around him. He looked around the court to see Trott and Smiff standing by the hand, looking up at it and grieving their late hatter. Chapter Nine: Interest The wind rushed past Nano's face as she sat in the embrace of the madman's arms. She felt happy to be with her secret love but conflicted to see him look so different, so twisted. With a rustle, they landed on a large tree. Chapter Five: Outcome    The sun rose on another day in the Cornerstone as the courtroom was filled with sorrow. The gang had been up since the attack. After the events of Nano, the flux-girl had passed out. They had put her into bed as well as Lalna who was still unconscious from being thrown into a wall. Trott had given them both healing potions to help them recover better. The others all were present in the courtroom. "Ok, Rail bros, you take Rythian and defend your Rail shack. Lalna and Nano, go with Lomadia to protect the House of Flowers and our crops.
